DoucheFLUX works towards ending homelessness and offers personalised support to people with or without papers, with or without a home, from here or elsewhere, to help them exercise their fundamental rights.

DoucheFLUX is a social and collaborative project that encourages social and cultural diversity both in its teams and in its partnerships. Starting as a citizens’ initiative in 2011, DoucheFLUX is now a recognised player in the homelessness sector.
Your role
As fundraising coordinator, you will be part of the “Support team” and will carry out fundraising activities in keeping with our action strategy. Your main task will be to manage our digital channels in order to maintain and increase donations. Thanks to your communication skills and your sense of initiative, you will identify fundraising opportunities, establish relationships with potential donors and run high-impact campaigns which reflect the association’s values.
Objectives
• Raise awareness of DoucheFLUX’s mission and impact
• Build up and maintain a network of donors
• Identify and seek out new fundraising opportunities
• Design and implement fundraising initiatives
• Manage and optimise the donor database
Tasks
• Contribute to the development and implementation of DoucheFLUX’s action strategy
• Supervise digital tools such as social networks, customer relationship management, newsletters, and the
online fundraising and publicity platform
• Seek out people and businesses which support DoucheFLUX’s mission and values
• Communicate DoucheFLUX’s mission, vision and activities to potential donors
• Plan, implement and evaluate fundraising campaigns
• Manage the sending of thank-you notes and certificates of tax deductibility of donations
• Organise events to activate supporters and community involvement

• Awareness of the issue of destitution
Required profile
• Qualification relevant to the function and/or equivalent experience
• Experience in the field of fundraising, communication or marketing. A fundraising qualification would be a bonus
• Mastery of content management systems, digital marketing tools, social media and analysis tools
• Bilingual in French and Dutch with a high level of English
